We are after Seasonal Machinery Operators who have experience in operating Agricultural machinery.

Requirements Experience in operating agricultural machinery, tractors, balers and trucks Minimum Class 2 NZ Drivers Licence (some positions require Class 5) Mechanical knowledge an advantage Strong work ethic; strive for the highest standards of work for our clients Must be punctual, reliable, well-presented Good level of fitness – some heavy lifting required Willing to work extended hours, and to be flexible with workload demands Good interpersonal and organisational skills ‘Can do’ attitude Able to work well unsupervised and in a team environment Good communication skills We take both seasonal and full time staff.

Over the winter months we employ staff for large scale livestock feeding, to operate EAL’s fleet of tractors and feed out wagons With branches in both Hororata and Southbridge - EAL AgriServices is a well-established Agricultural contracting business in central Canterbury and we have a few spaces left for the upcoming season (October 2025 - March 2026).
