Overview:

Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an Executive Lead to assist our client’s Program Executive Office (PEO) to lead the program to ensure productization and a closed-loop reengineering, support, and implementation of rigorous and holistically focused acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead team’s Program Management and Acquisition PEO Support.

Managing the program level deliverables including navigating solutions across several crosslines of business and functional stakeholders.

Lead the team to implementing standardized approach by effectively linking established workstreams.

Establish processes, procedures, utilizing best practices for program management and acquisition support designed to execute pre and post award activities meeting program requirements.

Execute team’s support requirements for end-to-end acquisition support services for all CIO customers/stakeholders providing Pre-Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT), PALT and post award analysis for CIO requirements.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between the Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPB&E) cycle, PALT timeline, and agency obligation goals.

Facilitate, supervise and support various program and acquisition review boards, working groups, and TEMS.

Apply critical thinking skills and program management expertise to execute acquisition strategies and plans to ensure success of customer requirements.

Manage the development and maintenance of acquisition plans and overall program office acquisition administration functions such as program control and tracking.

Drive process improvement to DIA’s acquisition processes.

Develop agile business transformation tools and processes to manage activities using agile methodologies.

Support Stakeholder Engagement in identifying and developing business needs, negotiating of solutions, requirements, capability, architectures, software design, agile task prioritization, and other requirements as needed.

Implement quality assurance disciplines for completion of project milestones.

Educate and guide stakeholders and pilot programs through the full acquisition lifecycle.

Support the mission of the PEO to include providing tactical and strategic level support to the Corporate Communications requirements of the PEO office.

Task Order Lead Duties:

TOLs Manage/execute all day-to-day mission performance/deliverables of the TO

TOLs are responsible for WARs, CAR inputs, management of employees (Timecards, R.O.A.D.S, communications with Sec, HR, IT, Finance), understanding Axio handbook and policies.

TOLs are conduits of communication between GPOCs/CORs and the PD/DPD

Coordinate all Contractual actions with the ESITA II Program Director for approval.

Qualifications:

Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.

Must have at least 12 years of relevant work experience.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience. Master's degree preferred with advanced training in DoD/IC Acquisition and/or management consulting.

DAWIA Level I, II, III/and or PMP certification or equivalent experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership.

Understanding of the IC, IC ITE, DoD, and DIA acquisition frameworks and architectures.

Experience in Program/ Project Management and in Marketing and Strategic Communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR Supplements (DFARs), and/or DoD Acquisition 5000 Series and ICD 801.

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
