Job Description

Job Overview:

We’re looking for motivated CNC Machinists — whether you’re just starting out in the industry or you have years of experience, we want you on our growing team! You’ll help us produce top-quality parts for a variety of industries while working with state-of-the-art CNC equipment. You’ll build new skills, tackle interesting challenges, and be part of a supportive crew that values precision, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet or exceed quality standards.

Set up machines for pre-programmed jobs, ensuring each run is efficient and accurate.

Document setup procedures and production processes so great results are repeatable.

Adjust tool offsets, work coordinates, and machine parameters to keep things running smoothly.

Design or modify custom fixturing when needed to support production and boost efficiency.

Monitor tooling conditions and replace worn tools to maintain high part quality and minimize downtime.

Perform in-process inspections using precise measuring tools to verify part accuracy.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe — we take pride in our environment.

Perform routine machine maintenance and report any issues to keep operations flowing.

Pitch in and collaborate with your teammates — we help each other out and celebrate our wins together!

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship required.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

High school diploma or equivalent.

A positive attitude that adds to our supportive, can-do culture.

Eagerness to learn new skills, take on new tasks, and grow your machining expertise.

Solid communication skills and a teamwork mindset — we succeed together.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure every part meets our high standards.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Solid mechanical and technical skills for operating CNC machinery with confidence.

Familiarity with inspection and metrology tools is a plus — or a skill you’re ready to learn!

We’re committed to building a team of hands-on problem solvers who are eager to grow, contribute, and make a difference. If this sounds like you, we’d love to connect and share more about the opportunity.
