CNC Operator - 2nd Shift (Lathe Emphasis)

Job Summary:

We are actively hiring multiple experienced CNC Operators for our 2nd shift team. We're looking for individuals with strong backgrounds in Lathe, Mill, or Swiss CNC machining, with a higher emphasis on Lathe experience. Candidates with setup experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Lathe, Mill, or Swiss machines efficiently and accurately

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders

Perform part inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Execute machine setups and adjustments as needed to maintain production quality

Maintain adherence to quality and safety standards

Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience operating CNC equipment (Lathe preferred)

Setup experience is a strong plus

Proficient in blueprint reading and use of measuring instruments

Familiarity with controls such as FANUC, Haas, or similar systems

Strong attention to detail and a solid mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
