The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling policy servicing, processing changes, and providing outstanding support to both clients and agents. This is a critical role focused on retention, accuracy, and professionalism. We are looking for someone that is highly organized and is efficient at handling multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
