CNC Operator: Clinton, WI

Our customer in Clinton, Wisconsin is 100% employee-owned manufacturing facility. They are seeking a motivated person for a fulltime CNC Operator position to join their team and help grow their manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities of the CNC Operator:

Plan/verify operation to be performed and material to be used.

Set up all tooling with appropriate stops, clamps, and fixtures.

Set up and operate CNC, lathe &/or vertical machine tools to make parts per engineering specifications.

Load material into machine utilizing overhead crane

Monitor run to ensure parts are being produced to specification.

Use measuring devices and blueprints/engineering drawings to inspect parts for tolerance.

Visually inspect the surface for appearance and non-conformities which may require repair.

Complete the required documentation and reports at the completion of the job.

Deburr parts when necessary

Ability to run more than one machine maintaining run times as required

CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Basic math and Blueprint reading

Prior machining experience

Basic computer skills

Valid Driver’s License

Pay for CNC Operator: Starting at $17.60+/hour based on experience.
