Forward Deployed Engineer (Python)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Forward Deployed Engineer to help healthcare companies use cutting-edge AI to solve their biggest problems. We are a venture-backed healthcare AI company that builds an AI operating system for large healthcare organizations, helping them use AI in a big way.

Although this role is remote, candidates must be located in the Raleigh, NC area due to occasional visits onsite with Raleigh based customers. Job Duties:

Work with healthcare clients to understand their needs and turn them into solutions using our AI platform.

Lead the setup of our AI system in customer environments, making sure it runs smoothly.

Set up serverless and container systems.

Use AWS tools to deploy our AI platform.

Create custom AI solutions to fix specific customer issues.

Use the full software development process for AI parts.

Write detailed guides for system functions.

Connect AI solutions using Python and JavaScript.

Build and improve AI agents and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) methods.

Track and analyze performance metrics to make things better.

Teach and support customers on how to best use our platform.

Collect customer feedback and work with our product team to improve the AI system.Ideal Background:

Experience working directly with customers to understand their technical and business needs.

Experience deploying enterprise software.

Experience with serverless and container architectures.

Experience with AWS components.

Experience developing AI use cases.

Experience with the full SDLC for AI components.

Experience with Python and JavaScript.

Experience implementing agentic systems and RAG techniques.

Experience with monitoring and analyzing metrics and KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Why Us:
