Job Summary:

The Quality Control Production Worker is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products on the production line to ensure they meet internal and customer quality specifications. This role works closely with production staff and supervisors to maintain quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards

- Conduct regular quality checks during the production process

- Document inspection results and report any issues to management

- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Collaborate with production staff to address quality concerns

- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot visual and dimensional defects.

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions.

Familiarity with inspection tools is a plus.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Basic math and documentation skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
