The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading commercial masonry contractor to hire a Mason Tender in Beloit, Wisconsin.

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Mason Tender to support skilled masons with brick, block, and stone work. This hands-on role involves material handling, jobsite preparation, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities

Assist masons in laying brick, block, and stone.

Move materials (brick, block, stone) to work areas and prep the jobsite.

Maintain a clean, professional jobsite daily.

Conduct daily inspections of tools, vehicles, and equipment; report any issues.

Operate equipment safely and within training limitations.

Ensure scaffolding and safety protocols are in place.

Attend required safety trainings and toolbox talks.

Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures at all times.

Promote a positive, team-based work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience; telehandler driver experience is preferred.

Valid driver's license with current auto insurance.

Must be able to travel between job sites as needed.

OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, Forklift, and Aerial certifications required within the first year.

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in all weather conditions.

Proficiency in basic math and ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documentation.
