Sheffield Contact Centre

Permanent

Full time, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Grade 3

Hybrid working available

Salary £36.800

As a PMO Analyst within our Customer Management Centre (CMC) Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting transformation and change programmes across both retained and outsourced operations. You’ll help maintain and improve governance frameworks, ensure all change initiatives are effectively managed and reported, and provide vital support to project leads and change owners. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you'll have the opportunity to help shape how change is delivered across CMC.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

Supporting PMO activities across CMC transformation and change programmes, including retained and outsourced operations

Facilitating governance processes and ensuring compliance with the change delivery framework

Managing small changes and communications, acting as the first point of contact for incoming change requests

Maintaining PMO tools, templates, portals, and reporting

Strong Microsoft knowledge – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate

Collaborating with stakeholders across Currys, including outsourced partners, to drive consistent change delivery and continuous improvement

Supporting change owners and project leads through impact assessments, governance approvals, and post-implementation reviews

You will need:

A good understanding of the call centre operations (contact centre experience is highly preferable) within outsource partners

Strong experience in PMO environments, governance frameworks, and project/change delivery support

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

High attention to detail and confidence interpreting information from multiple sources

Experience working with outsourced partners and cross-functional teams will be desirable

Bachelor’s Degree desirable

Lean Six Sigma, P3O, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile project/product management qualifications desirable
