Wir suchen ab Oktober 2025 am Standort Heidelberg eine technische Assistentin/einen technischen Assistenten in unserem Team für Analytische Entwicklung. Die Kernaufgabe besteht in der Entwicklung von Analysenmethoden und in der Routinetestung von von Analysenmethoden für neue Protein-, pDNA- und m-RNA-Wirkstoffe.

Aufgaben:

Durchführung von Analysen zur Methodenentwicklung/Methodentransfer/non-GMP-Methodenvalidierung, zur Testung von Proben und Batches aus der Prozessentwicklung und Produktion (in-Prozess- und Release-Testung)

Durchführung von Non-GMP Stabilitätsstudien

NaOH-Degradationsstudien zur Beurteilung/Definition der Bedingungen zur Produktwechselreinigung der Produktionsanlagen

Fokus des Methodenspektrums liegt auf HPLC, CE-SDS, A280, sowie auf Standardmethoden aus dem Bereich Bio Assay (z.B. ELISA)

Erlernen neuer Methoden

Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Methoden als Teil der Arbeitsroutine

Anforderungen:

Erfolgreiche Ausbildung (z.B. BTA, MTA oder CTA)

Erste praktische Erfahrung wünschenswert (aber nicht vorausgesetzt)

Gutes praktisches und technisches Verständnis für methodische Fragestellungen

Umfangreiches Methodenspektrum mit guten Kenntnissen im Bereich Protein- und Nukleinsäureanalytik ist von Vorteil (z.B. UV-VIS, U/HPLC, ELISA, CE-SDS, Agarosegelelektrophorese und SDS-PAGE)

Gute (sprachliche) Deutsch- und (schriftliche) Englischkenntnisse

Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und gutes Organisationstalent

Berufserfahrung im GMP-reguliertem Labor ist von Vorteil
