Purpose of the job
Manage the maintenance of all PEP web channels (Websites, Intranet, and WhatsApp). Effectively handle product and content update demands from departments, while implementing our SEO strategy to increase organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Management of web content
Product merchandising, maintenance and enrichment
Site content management
SEO
Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic across websites
Optimisation of web channels. This will include:
Conducting extensive research to identify customer needs to drive new opportunities and create disruptive digital experiences
Web analytics, tracking & reporting
Web Product and Project Management
Front-end Product management (from ideation to implementation and execution)
Manage backlog, releases and frontend web channel budget
Ecommerce & Online performance:
Ecommerce & web objective performance optimisation
Manage business requirements driven by web channels, ie: goals, metrics, etc.
Relationship management
Collaborate with the broader teams to develop and introduce new site features.
Manage partners such as Web Designers, Developers and external partners or agencies to ensure all roadmap requirements are met & delivered
