Senior Manager Controlling, German Speaking (Hybrid/Remote in Germany, Spain and Poland)

Full time, Germany, Spain and Poland

In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of all the financial reporting requirements of BCD Travel in the specific region. You will establish financial policies and procedures to ensure that the assets of the company are secure, expenditures are properly outlined.

As a Senior Manager Controlling, you will

Ensure timely completion and review of account reconciliations

Recommend and develop policies, procedures, and systems to meet company objectives

Be responsible for implementing technology to improve accounting and reporting processes

Supervise and coach Controllers

Build, develop, and manage the controlling team

About you

University degree

Extensive professional and team management experience

Strong knowledge of controlling, financial reporting and analysis

Knowledge of SAP / R3 FI & CO

Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Good command of spoken and written English and German

Excellent communication and motivational skills
