We are seeking a Cyber Security Compliance Analyst to play a critical role in maintaining and improving organizational security posture.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining security policies and standards, providing cybersecurity consulting to IT and business departments, managing security incidents, facilitating awareness training, and supporting risk assessments and regulatory audits.

* Conduct control assessments to verify implementation and effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.

* Coordinate with internal teams to support audits, gap assessments, and remediation plans.

* Track enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and maintain documentation of security controls and mitigating measures.

* Support disaster recovery and incident response planning and testing.

* Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs to ensure employee understanding and engagement.

* Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies (e.g., firewalls, HIPS, antivirus) to recommend improvements.

* Assist with secure configuration management and ensure ongoing compliance across IT systems and applications.

* Provide clear and concise documentation and communication across all levels of the organization.

* Perform additional duties as needed in support of the security and compliance function.

Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

* One or more security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC) strongly preferred.

* 4–5 years of experience developing or managing a cybersecurity awareness program.

* Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

* Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and critical thinking in problem-solving.

* High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

* Ability to work independently or in a hybrid/remote environment as determined by organizational needs.
