Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year A bit about us: We are representing a financial services organization that growing their systems team and is seeking an Data Systems Analyst who will report directly to the head of data analytics.

They are currently seeking a Data Systems Analyst from a banking institution.

Job Details Key Responsibilities: Verify data integrity, platform setups, and KPIs to support operational effectiveness.

Troubleshoot and optimize performance across banking platforms and portals.

Support the implementation and testing of system enhancements and IT scripting plans.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, workflows, and system change logs.

Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to improve processes.

Monitor origination limits and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Manage and approve Business Workflow (BW) development tickets and programming requests.

Configure customer portals and manage user access permissions.

Serve as the point of escalation for system, data, and portal-related issues.

Support audit preparation, risk assessments, and BSA compliance efforts.

Oversee client and HOA setups, including limits, routing, and rule configuration.

Manage dashboards, scheduled reports, and conduct ad hoc research for business stakeholders.

Document procedures and provide training to internal teams and end users.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in data analysis, product management, or business systems analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation). Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Solid understanding of product and system development lifecycles.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support cross-functional teams.
