The role leverages an existing portfolio of general contractor relationships and is supported by a dedicated preconstruction and estimating team. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with 20 General Contractors (GCs), focusing on under-leveraged accounts.
Identify and win new work with GC offices and construction managers; drive opportunities from pre-bid to signed contract.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and participate in weekly operations and sales meetings.
Monitor project pipeline, GC activity, and market developments within assigned territory.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales success in landscape or commercial construction.
Experience working with or through general contractors is preferred.
Understanding of landscape construction scopes, take-offs, and bid processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage $10M+ in annual revenue.
