The History of Art and Architecture Program Coordinator serves as the primary contact at the reception desk in the department's main office in CAS 302. They greet all students and other visitors to the department and answers inquiries in person, via telephone, and via e-mail. They process all applications to our M.A. and Ph.D. programs as well as various forms involving current students. The secretary also oversees the inventory and ordering of supplies, supervises work-study students' projects, and maintains files for our undergraduate majors and minors and graduate degree candidates. They also do a host of other things, including photocopying of syllabi, posting of flyers, distributing, and sending mail, event planning and so forth.
Required Skills
Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred, and one to three years of experience.
