We are looking for an Enterprise Integration Architect to lead our integration strategies and facilitate efficient application integration processes. This role is crucial in supporting Jotun’s digitalization journey, ensuring data availability and quality to drive efficiency and support growth.

In this role you will work closely with the Data Platform team and Enterprise Architects to ensure that our data platform meets the requirements for data deliveries and that the integrations are set up according to our guidelines. We are looking for someone that understands both the technical aspects of integration and the value of data governance, that can be somewhat technical hands on but focuses on building processes and managing the integration area.

There will be world-wide traveling opportunities in this position, and our workplace is in Jotun's international headquarter in Sandefjord, Norway.

Areas of responsibility:

Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

Define and enforce best practices, standards, and frameworks for integrations (e.g. EIP, DAMA)

Govern our API management platforms from design through to production deployment

Take responsibility as a reviewer in the Gate process and participate in Jotun's IT-architecture forum

Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and ensure seamless integration across the organization

Onboard and support projects onto the data platform, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with standards

Maintain clear documentation of architecture and integration processes

Take responsibility to develop the data platform to support integration requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for:

Proven experience in managing integration platforms, APIs, and cloud data infrastructure, with a strong focus on strategic planning and leadership

Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data governance, and security best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams and support decision-making

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
