What You'll Do

Drive Requirements Excellence: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive business requirements for Novidea implementation

Bridge Business and Technology: Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications that align perfectly with the Novidea platform

Lead Implementation Success: Support the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Novidea platform across the organization

Ensure Quality Standards: Conduct thorough testing of new systems and solutions to verify they meet business requirements and quality expectations

Champion User Adoption: Provide comprehensive training on Novidea features, workflows, and best practices to ensure smooth user transition

Communicate Impact: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to key stakeholders

Facilitate Change Management: Lead change management processes to ensure seamless transitions during system implementations

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance business processes through the Novidea platform capabilities

What You Bring

Business Analysis Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry

Platform Knowledge: Experience working with Novidea or similar insurance management platforms is highly preferred

Process Analysis Skills: Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering techniques

Problem-Solving Excellence: Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear functional solutions

Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Implementation Experience: Proven track record with system implementations, user training, and post-implementation support

Methodological Knowledge: Familiarity with business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices

Collaborative Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Professional Certification: Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous

Insurance Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance workflows including policy management, claims, and underwriting processes

Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile project environments and methodologies
