RE: PROPOSAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPLIANCE UNIVERSE AUTOMATION SYSTEM

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) is a licensed financial services operator in Rwanda, and is a member of the KCB Group, a leading Financial services company in the East African region renowned for its diversity and growth.

BPR Bank intends to procure the services of a highly qualified company to develop and implement a compliance universe system. The system will centralize compliance requirements, streamline regulatory updates and enhance reporting capabilities to ensure adherence to internal and external obligations.

Interested and eligible Companies in are invited to submit their Technical and Financial bids in well-sealed envelopes to BPR Bank’s Head Office not later than Thursday 31st July 2025 at 3:00 PM. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30 PM local time at BPR Bank Head Office Building, 9th Floor. Note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Document can be obtained from BPR Bank Head Office on the 9th Floor in Procurement Office during working hours, starting from Friday 11th July 2025, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM after presentation of a non-refundable fee of Frw 20,000 deposited on a BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. A/C No. .
