Starting with the role:

We are currently searching to hire a Facilities Services Administrator

During your day you will:

Be responsible for the administration, controlling and filing/ archiving of all documentation regarding facilities management including:

Contracts

Invoices

Purchase orders

Certificates

Permits

Provide administrative support where required

Confirm completion of time-sensitive work and supporting documentation

Manage confidentiality of information

Support preparation of requested reports

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field

1 year of experience in an administrative role in a large company

SAP knowledge

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Full proficiency in English

Organizational skills

Time management skills

Presentation skills

Team spirit
