Job Description:

To lead and oversee all production activities within our manufacturing facility.

Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules that align with company targets and customer demands.

Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components

Take charge of the Ferry and Rock n’ Roll Roto-molding, Pipe Extrusion, Compounding, Pulverizing, and Fitting production processes, including parameter control.

Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent process control measures.

Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production, ensuring products meet all specifications.

Monitor daily production progress, product quality, waste management, and worker accommodation. Support monthly stock takes and oversee safety and housekeeping arrangements within the factory

Job Requirement

Age: 35 – 48 years’ old

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. preferably MANUFACTURING of POLYETHYLENE ("PE") ENGINEERING PLASTIC PRODUCTS

At least five (5) years working experience in manufacturing Industry.

Required skill(s): Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.

·Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking vendors..
