My office is seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives, Data Entry Clerks, and Administrative Assistants.
You will be responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries professionally via email, chat, or phone
Accurately entering and updating data in our systems
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Meeting daily and weekly productivity goals
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
