I'm working with a leading medical device contract manufacturer in Cranston, RI—part of a company known for producing precision components and assemblies that support life-saving technologies across MedTech, diagnostics, and drug delivery markets.

What You'll Do

Manage complex manufacturing projects from kickoff to completion—on time, on scope, and on budget

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams

Develop timelines, allocate resources, and keep stakeholders aligned

Monitor progress, address risks, and drive continuous improvement

Prepare updates, documentation, and presentations for leadership

What You Bring

Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Proven experience managing projects in a regulated manufacturing environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Project and similar tools

Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

Other Desired Qualifications

PMP Certification

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA)
