Project Manager

At S-BR, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex concrete restoration projects across Florida. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact work while guiding teams, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle—from pre-construction through closeout

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans

Collaborate on estimating and bidding processes

Supervise and mentor at least one Project Engineer

Coordinate project start-up, transitions, and hand-offs

Manage project documentation, technical submittals, and reporting

Lead safety and risk management initiatives

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations

Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders

Oversee jobsite operations and support the construction team as needed

Monitor and manage project cash flow

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management (concrete restoration preferred)

Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Foundation, Primavera, or MS Project

Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
