Food and Beverage Manager, Nottingham, A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 35,000 We are working with a fantastic large:scale venue in Nottingham who are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of F and B operations.

Youll focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, managing budgets, and optimizing staffing.

Responsibilities : * Provide leadership and direction to the Food and Beverage team * Manage casual staff recruitment, training, and scheduling * Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing laws * Oversee stock control, ordering, and cash handling processes * Lead event setup, delivery, and breakdown * Develop and implement systems to improve customer feedback and service The Ideal Candidate: * Food and Beverage management experience in a high:volume operation * Experience delivering large scale events * Knowledge of health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations * Strong communication and leadership skills * Passion for service and standards If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Marlene at COREcruitment dot com
