Description

The Town of Andover Engineering Division is seeking a civil engineering student to assist with a variety of tasks related to engineering projects, such as surveying, drafting, performing mathematical computations, construction layout and basic construction inspection of various utility, roadway and sidewalk projects. This is an ideal opportunity for students enrolled in a civil engineering program to acquire some field experience or for students who are contemplating majoring in civil engineering to investigate this career. Applicants must have a class 3 driver's license and be willing to work outside in varying weather conditions. Internship will extend through August 2025, with the possibility of working part time when school resumes. Salary: $21 per hour. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
