Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies.

Work closely with various stakeholders to maximize property performance and value.

Monitor and analyze market trends and property performance data.

Provide guidance on property investment decisions.

Manage relationships with tenants, property managers, and other key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Participate in the acquisition and disposition of properties.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various property-related projects. The Successful Applicant

A successful Asset Manager should have:

A strong background in the Property industry.

Sound knowledge of property investment and management principles.

Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.

Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.

Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.

AWESOME PIPELINE

A competitive salary range of approximately $100,500 to $125,500 per year
