Job Title: Program Manager - Federal Grants Technology Programs

Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required)

Clearance Requirement: Must be eligible to obtain Public Trust Clearance (active clearance preferred)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a mission-critical federal technology initiative focused on grants lifecycle modernization. This individual will manage a team delivering case management solutions for a large federal agency, working across internal stakeholders, partner vendors, and government clients. The role requires a strong background in federal grants management systems, enterprise workflow platforms, and program delivery within federal environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, government stakeholders, and partner organizations.

Manage program operations, timelines, deliverables, and compliance across multiple workstreams.

Lead requirements sessions, planning cycles, and stakeholder meetings to ensure delivery aligns with mission objectives.

Oversee system integration points with platforms such as financial, identity, and eligibility systems commonly used in federal programs.

Proactively track performance indicators, identify risks, and lead mitigation efforts to maintain contract and customer satisfaction.

Support the rollout of system updates, user training, and adoption efforts across business units and partners.

Maintain program documentation, reporting, and compliance deliverables according to federal standards and agency policies.

Qualifications:

Required:

7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on federal government IT, agile product management, or grants-related programs.

Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).

Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in a client-facing federal environment.

Strong understanding of grants lifecycle processes, data reporting, or compliance workflows in the public sector.

Ability to translate between business needs and technical implementation details.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, including stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience working with federal grants platforms or financial reporting tools.

Understanding of data exchange standards, digital workflows, and user access management in government systems.

PMP, SAFe, or Agile-related certifications.

Familiarity with federal cybersecurity, privacy, or compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, ATO processes).
