Description
Main Purpose:
Assist with building and maintaining Excel spread sheets. Compile and record all costs associated with jobs, create transmittals and billing orders for processing.
Essential Functions:
Track all job-related costs in job trackers/excel
Audit DSR Tracker / Invoices
Build, modify, and maintain Excel Spread sheets
Create and comprehend complex "if" formulas, nested formulas, and pivot tables

Physical Requirements:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15lbs. Job Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
Must be able to build, maintain, and correct Excel spread sheets at an advanced level Desirable Experience, Education, and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work in and independently and in team environment
Experience in working with accounting software applications, Report writing applications and Programs
Advanced with building, modifying and maintaining Excel spread sheets Tools, Equipment, and Technology:
Basic knowledge working with Office Phones and copy machines Environmental Conditions:
85% to 90% of job duties ae performed in office environment
Some outdoor activities are a requirement of the role including yard tours and jobsite visits
