Responsibilities:
Gather and extract data from external sources, particularly security firms' badge swipe records and various other third party tools, to obtain information on office utilization.
Cleanse, validate, and manipulate the data using Excel or other data analysis tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Conduct data mining and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to office utilization rates.
Develop and maintain Excel models and templates for processing and analyzing large datasets efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Facilities, and Finance, to gather additional relevant data and insights for comprehensive analysis.
Create visually appealing and informative reports, graphs, and charts using Excel to present office utilization rates to the CEO on a monthly basis.
Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing office space allocation.
Monitor and track office utilization metrics over time, identifying any changes or deviations and conducting root cause analysis when necessary.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and office space management to suggest innovative approaches for improving office utilization rates.
