Licensed Food Technologist (if applicable) Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in any of the following food industry segments: sauces and syrups (1) & baking and pastry (1). Strong background in product development, formulation, and sensory evaluation Familiar with regulatory compliance requirements such as: FDA registration and licensing (LTO, CPR, etc.) FSCO permits, sanitation certificates, local health permits Label review and product documentation Knowledgeable in Halal Certification, GMP, HACCP, and basic food safety and microbiological controls.
Can coordinate with government agencies, 3rd-party labs, and certification bodies.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical problems in product development Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
