Our client, a well-known skincare company in Bchamoun, Lebanon, is seeking an experienced full-time and on-site Senior Brand Manager with a strong analytical and creative mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations and financial planning, developing market strategies, and ensuring customer service excellence. They will oversee creative teams and trade marketing initiatives while tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of market and channel-specific strategies through integrated marketing calendars and aligned action plans with distributors

Ground all brand communication in market, consumer, and competitive insights.

Manage internal and external creative teams to deliver impactful content across various campaign types.

Oversee planning and execution of trade marketing strategies in collaboration with sales teams to enhance in-store visibility and performance.

Develop trade toolkits, point-of-sale materials, and promotional mechanics tailored to each channel's dynamics.

Manage the rollout of social media and e-commerce campaigns aligned with brand objectives and digital strategy.

Ensure smooth and timely execution of all marketing activities across functions and partners.

Track and evaluate campaign and trade activation performance using defined KPIs, focusing on strong ROI.

Present marketing plans, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Support rolling forecast processes with brand performance updates and business intelligence.

Prepare commercial review materials, including sales analysis, market updates, and promotional performance reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Around 5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in Trade Marketing or the BPC industry, with GCC experience as a plus.

Ability to lead 360 campaigns and go-to-market strategies across various channels.

Fluent in English and Arabic, with additional languages as a plus.

Strong communication skills for developing briefs and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Analytical and creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of shopper behavior and retail dynamics.

Comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
