We are seeking a people-centric HR Business Partner/Manager to join our team.

This role will serve as a business partner, leading employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.

Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or conflicts, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with legal requirements and company values.

Advise leaders on performance management, corrective actions, and terminations.

Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes and compensation data.

Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve programs, and drive decisions.

Support the development and execution of HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives.

Partner with leadership on other HR Partners around workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies.

Participate in internal HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Partner with HR team around internal employee communications.

You have: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of progressive HR experience Proven HRBP experience including handling complex employee relations matters Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
