About ElevatedHere

ElevatedHere is Africa’s first Social Impact-as-a-Service platform — a wellness and empowerment hub built by Africans, for Africans. We provide on-demand mental health support, legal guidance, career coaching, and community healing via real-time, multilingual, multi-currency digital access.

We’re in our exciting early growth and validation phase, building a platform to bridge the massive gap in access to culturally relevant wellness services across Africa.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking creative, strategic, and impact-driven volunteer Social Media Managers to help us amplify ElevatedHere’s voice across Africa and the diaspora by helping us drive our online presence, engage African audiences and co-create a content strategy that speaks to real people with real needs.

This is your chance to be part of a movement, not just a job — helping shape the narrative of African wellness innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Build and execute a content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Facebook)

- Design, write, and schedule engaging culturally relevant contents and hooks (posts, reels, carousels, stories, etc.)

- Grow and engage our community across African countries.

- Manage and grow ElevatedHere’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Facebook

- Analyze insights to improve performance and organic reach

- Collaborate with the founder and other volunteers to align digital marketing efforts

- Help with online campaign launches (user surveys, partnerships, wellness challenges, etc.)

You’re a Great Fit If You...

- Are passionate about social impact, mental health, social justice, digital innovation and overall wellness in Africa

- Know how to create engaging, mobile-first content

- Have experience managing one or more social platforms (personally or professionally)

- Are familiar with African digital culture and trends

- Self-driven, creative, and ready to roll up your sleeves

- Love storytelling, visuals, and making a real difference

- Based in or connected to African communities

- Familiarity with Canva, Buffer, or basic social scheduling tools a plus

- Experience with webinar tools is a plus
