Job Summary

A Human Resources (HR) Intern is typically a student or individual gaining practical experience in the field of human resources within an organization. HR Interns often assist with administrative tasks, projects, and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience and building skills in HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Qualification : OND

Experience Level : Internship & Graduate

Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

•Recruitment Assistance: Helping with job postings, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes.

•Employee Onboarding: Assisting with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.

•Data Management: Updating HR databases, tracking employee information, and maintaining records.

•Policy Development: Researching and drafting HR policies and procedures.

•Employee Engagement: Assisting with employee events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.

•Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

•Administrative Tasks: Supporting daily HR operations, answering employee inquiries, and performing general administrative duties.

•Reporting: Assisting with HR-related reporting, such as tracking employee turnover or benefits utilization.

•Research: Conducting research on HR topics, trends, and best practices.

•Special Projects: Assisting with special HR projects, such as employee surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience is required

Minimum of OND in any field of study.
