Shift: Day Shift 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM Monday to Saturday Sunday Off

We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader (Motor Insurance) to lead our dynamic team at Virar West. This is an onsite opportunity for candidates with strong leadership skills and a solid background in motor insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of motor insurance executives

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets

Facilitate training and skill development

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Coordinate with internal departments and management for seamless operations

Candidate Profile

Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates

Age: 25 to 35 years

Education: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Motor Insurance

Languages: English (mandatory), Basic Hindi

Salary: Up to 35,000/- (Negotiable)
