Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee multidisciplinary construction projects from execution to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to manage complex on-site activities while coordinating with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress against the schedule and ensure timely completion and delivery.

• Ensure all site activities are executed as per construction specifications, IS codes, and approved quality plans.

• Prepare project estimations based on requirements and scope, including terrace garden, waterbody, artificial pond, and watertank works.

• Prepare detailed project schedules, share timelines with stakeholders, and track milestones.

• Possess deep knowledge of structural and finishing work, including verification of workmanship against standards.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and vendors to align with project goals.

• Conduct site measurements, verify work quantities, and ensure quality control in execution.

• Attend and contribute to project review meetings, providing technical insights and progress updates to owners and consultants.

• Supervise and execute specialized works: PEB maintenance & repair, machine foundation work (Hedal Multiwire, Rosava Resin line, CNC, Bridge Cutter, Single Wire, Bhagwati Polish Line), landscaping (hard & soft), floor casting (VDF).

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and modern site execution practices.

• Proficient in structural detailing, finishing specifications, and MEP coordination.

• Working knowledge of IS codes and QA/QC procedures.

• Skilled in using AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
