Hourly Rates:

Casual Educator: $34.71 – $42.74 (incl. 25% casual loading)

Full-Time Educator: $30.93 – $32.93

About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

Create safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments

Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning programs

Observe and document developmental progress

Build strong relationships with children and families

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

First Aid Certificate (incl. asthma and anaphylaxis training)

Key Skills & Attributes:

Knowledge of child development and learning milestones

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creative and reflective approach to curriculum planning

Strong team player with adaptability and initiative

Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Understanding of National Quality Standards and assessment

Respect for diversity and inclusion in childcare settings

Tech-savvy with confidence in documenting learning

Previous experience in childcare or early learning roles
