Position Title: Bilingual HR Generalist
Salary: Based on Experience
A Bilingual HR Generalist position in Spring Green, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role is responsible for coordinating daily functions of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits, administrating HR policies programs, employee relations, compliance, and training. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Bilingual HR Generalist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Leads hiring efforts for all positions, develops job postings, and conducts new hire orientation and training.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Supports management in resolving employee issues, ensures adherence to policies, and maintains compliance with labor laws and audits.
- Policy & Procedure Management: Develops and implements HR policies, maintains the employee handbook, and ensures up-to-date job descriptions.
- Records & Safety Management: Maintains accurate employee records, collaborates on workplace safety initiatives, and supports health and safety compliance.
Bilingual HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bilingual; English and Spanish required.
- Associate's degree in related field, SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
- Experience in human resources, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
