Position Summary: This position will perform a variety of tasks related to cleaning and maintaining all food production equipment and surrounding areas, including the Production Floor, Warehouse, and Gift Production areas.
Duties and Responsibilities: * Achieve daily sanitation goals * Maintain all equipment used by the sanitation department * Serve as the last line of defense to eliminate all potential sources of contamination from equipment and work areas * Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) * Report safety issues immediately to the supervisor * Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery * Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance * Perform other duties as assigned Job Specifications: Education/Experience: * Prefer at least 1 year of previous sanitation experience in a factory environment Complexity: * Must be able to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple routine tasks * Must be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions: * Primarily factory environment with wet, slippery floors * Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment Physical Demands: * Regular use of hands, arms, and hearing to operate and clean equipment * Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and stooping * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Scheduling: Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM Qualifications: * Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude * Team-oriented but able to work independently * Strong time management skills * Mechanical aptitude * Previous sanitation experience is helpful but not required
