Duties

The Installation Team Managerâ s duties will be, but not limited to, the following:

Installation team Job Scheduling: Ensure that all installation teams know what to do and when to do it.

On-site Final Measurements: Site inspections for final measurements before orders are placed for finished or manufactured products

Client Communication and negotiations: on design aesthetics, quality control and final snags sign off.

Site inspections to double check that all products have been installed correctly, according to site plan and quote sequences.

Quality Control of installationsof windows and doors
