What You'll Do:

OHFA is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Specialist 2 who will...

Act as lead or administrator for submitted help desk ticket system

Review, resolve, or assign help desk tickets as directed

Provide guidance & education to customers to help prevent recurring tickets

Install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and/or administer hardware and/or software in assigned multiple technology domains

Act as lead for agency or office rollout of new items or products

Ensure equipment (e.g., check printer machine, conference room audio visual [AV] equipment) is properly maintained

Create, edit, organize, file, &/or maintain documentation for software, other workflows, and/or help desk tickets

The selected employee will be required to report to OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

To receive further consideration, candidates must demonstrate on their application how they meet the following minimum required qualifications:

Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; AND 24 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: installing, monitoring/maintaining, configuring, upgrading, &/or administering/operating multiple technology domains including 12 months work experience in the primary technology (i.e., Endpoint Customer Support).

OR completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 30 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: installing, monitoring/maintaining, configuring, upgrading, &/or administering/operating multiple technology domains including 12 months work experience in the primary technology (i.e., Endpoint Customer Support).

OR 48 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: installing, monitoring/maintaining, configuring, upgrading, &/or administering/operating multiple technology domains including 12 months work experience in the primary technology (i.e., Endpoint Customer Support).

OR equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
