As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of rental operations within your assigned territory, including satellite locations. Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team across sales, service, and operations—driving safety, financial results, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

Lead, coach, and develop employees across departments. Drive engagement through performance management, training, and team collaboration.

Oversee branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with annual operating plans (AOP).

Champion a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and training. Drive strategies to meet TRIF and LTI targets.

Foster strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence through timely, customer-centric solutions.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and implement territory-specific strategies.

Review monthly metrics related to people, quality, velocity, and profitability. Take corrective action to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Facilitate communication between departments and support alignment across sales, service, and operations.

Ensure all branch activities align with Finning’s policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Maintain effective relationships with external partners and ensure compliance with collective agreements.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in branch or rental operations.

Strong knowledge of TCRS products, services, and operational processes.

Proven ability to manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements.

Demonstrated success in leading teams, developing talent, and fostering a positive work environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Experience working with unionized environments and collective agreements is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as experience with safety and performance reporting tools is an asset.

Leadership for Safety Excellence training is considered an asset.

Note:

This position is based out of our Fort McMurray TCRS location.

Permanent, full-time role.

Monday – Friday, 5 x 2 schedule.
