Technical Recruiter
Denver, CO (Remote Role)
6+ Months Contract Potential to Extend & Convert
Position Responsibilities:
• Provide full cycle recruitment for Gov with emphasis on technical positions to include sourcing, networking, resume review, phone, virtual interviews, deliver verbal offers, negotiate, and close deals
• Continually build and sustain a high-quality candidate pipeline of active and passive cleared and non-cleared technical talent
• Format resumes, conduct security clearance verifications, create and post job descriptions and other administrative recruiting responsibilities as assigned
• Cold calling and candidate development from research sources, databases, and internet tools
• Partner with various internal teams to ensure timely placement of qualified technical candidates
• Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse pool of candidates for each job opportunity, including a variety of electronic media and social networking
• Conduct intake meetings with internal and external hiring managers to gain clarification on resource needs as well as provide guidance on the overall hiring process
• Implement sourcing strategies complaint with OFCCP guidelines
• Document and maintain robust database of all candidates and open positions to enable tracking of status and metrics gathering
• Work with recruitment agencies upon occasion
• Correspond with all applicants based on pre-determined timeline to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience with a minimum of two (2) years in the recruitment of Information Technology (IT) professionals
• DoD recruiting experience preferred and/or recruiting government clearance positions
• Experience recruiting for a government contractor following OFCCP regulations
• A sense of urgency to fill the job positions with the qualified candidates
• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Good computer skills and experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong sourcing skills and proven track record to develop a broad, diverse pool of qualified candidates for a variety of positions
• Ability to fully represent Gov’s Core Values of Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, and Accountability
• Detail oriented with the ability to document processes and develop checklists of processes
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of best practices and legal requirements related to sourcing and recruiting highly qualified and diverse candidate pools
