Job Description
SMH Logistics is a warehousing and distribution operation providing domestic and international customers with solutions to their logistics needs.
Duties / Responsibilities
· Oversee two logistics analysts
· Manage projects for improvement in EDI, WMS, Small Parcel, Automation, and Process. Proven background of improvement projects is a must.
· Manage incoming and outgoing orders by interpreting logistics data to provide a smooth flow of products in the supply chain process.
· Monitor and analyze customer information from data interchange and customer web portals.
· Maintain records of WMS system and network folders to properly support customer requirements.
· Prepare all paperwork including BOL, Shipper, Commercial Invoice.
· Accurately process all data to ensure 100% delivery performance and inventory accuracy.
· Provide analysis and reporting of data for evaluation of performance and proper flow of inventory transactions.
· Maintain accuracy of inventory and inventory transactions.
· Support customer service with inquiries, reporting and providing transaction information.

· Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work under tight timelines and ability to handle stressful situations.
· Excellent computer skills navigating though web, MS products and other software.
· Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain is a must. WMS experience is a must. High level of excel experience is a must.
Education
· Associates Degree or experience in logistics industry

· Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and computer
