LPN Regional Supervisor

Job Description

Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for pediatric care and leadership? We’re seeking an experienced LPN Regional Supervisor to oversee a team of caregivers and CNAs who provide one-on-one care for children in various settings.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Care Teams: Oversee caregivers and CNAs providing in-home care to pediatric clients, ensuring quality and consistency in service.

Staff Support & Development: Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure team members deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Care Oversight: Monitor and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements.

Family Communication: Serve as the point of contact for families, addressing concerns, answering questions, and fostering strong relationships.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and agency policies.

Scheduling & Coverage: Manage caregiver schedules and assignments to ensure consistent and appropriate coverage.

Field Visits: Conduct regular home visits to observe care, assess patient needs, and support caregivers in the field.

Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of Mississippi

At least 3 years of experience as an LPN

Minimum of 3 years in home health or caregiver services

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient with electronic health records and documentation

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with pediatric patients in a home setting

Familiarity with WellSky or similar healthcare software

CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification

COVID-19 and TB vaccinations up to date
