We are an international recruitment firm for the private capital sector with nine locations on three continents. We work with private capital funds across a range of strategies from venture through growth, buyouts, restructuring, private debt, infrastructure and family offices as well as their portfolio firms. To support our team in Frankfurt we are looking for an Associate Resourcer starting from January 2026.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced consultants and take on increasing responsibility from day one. As an Associate Resourcer, you will initially support the team across all phases of the search process – from sourcing and screening candidates via internal and external channels, to preparing candidate assessments and presenting your findings. You’ll take an active role in candidate mapping, screening interviews, internal team discussions, and firm-wide business development initiatives.
Following a successful onboarding period, you will gradually take ownership of your own mandates and client interactions – with the opportunity to build out your own focus area within the firm over time. You will also be involved in our university partnerships, including workshops and other on-campus initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A high level of personal presentation and determination is vital with responsibilities including the following:
Sourcing candidates and initiating contact by telephone, but also in face2face meetings
Screening and interviewing candidates
Building long term relationships with candidates in the relevant industries
Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies / industries
Compiling analyses in excel and creating market overviews
Managing administration and logistics of assignments
Take ownership of your own mandates and client interactions

To be successful in this role you should bring the following skills and experience:
Strong academics, with a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
Relevant experience in executive search, financial sector or sales
Impeccable telephone manner and communication skills
Strong commitment to contacting and building relationships with candidates
Personal discipline and confidence when pursuing leads
Some understanding of financial markets with enthusiasm to learn quickly
High standards with immaculate attention to detail
Organised, meticulous and methodical with good IT skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and German is a must
