Freelance Data Center Bauleiter (Site Manager) – Stuttgart / Leipzig / Nuremberg

We are seeking experienced freelance Bauleiter for client-side site management of data center projects in Stuttgart, Leipzig, and Nuremberg.

Key Details:

Role: Bauleiter (Site Manager) – Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP focus

Location: On-site in Stuttgart, Leipzig, or Nuremberg

Duration: 4–9 months

Working Time: Full-time on site, 5 days/week, 8–10 hours/day

Languages: Fluent German (C1+) and good English required

Experience: Strong on-site experience in MEP, mechanical, or electrical trades – ideally within data center or critical infrastructure projects

Scope:

Oversee daily on-site works and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations

Coordinate with design, engineering, and client teams

Report regularly on progress and issues
