You’ll lead and develop our backend system, enabling real-time live streaming services. This role combines hands-on backend development with team leadership, focusing on scalability, performance, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a scalable backend.

Enhance APIs for stream management.

Lead and mentor a development team.

Collaborate with DevOps on cloud systems.

Ensure security, code quality, and documentation.

What You Bring

5+ years of backend development experience (Node.js, Go, or Python).

Leadership skills and team management experience.

Proficiency in API development, cloud services, and DevOps.

Knowledge of live streaming tech and databases.
